Here at the IT Service Desk,we provide a Single Point of Contact ("SPOC") to meet the communication needs of both Users and IT employees. Issues and requests that require further investigation are assigned to our specialist teams to troubleshoot and resolve in a timely manner.
The IT Service Desk is staffed by Dehren Hunter with assistance from hired students as IT helpers.
We are located on level 5, next to the Information Desk.
