To help third year students meet their Final Major Project (FMP) deadlines, we have arranged for our opening hours to be extended until 9.00pm on a number of Saturdays. You can find the relevant dates below:
  • Saturday 13 April, 9.00am - 9.00pm
  • Saturday 27 April, 9.00am - 9.00pm
  • Saturday 4 May, 9.00am - 9.00pm
  • Saturday 11 May, 9.00am - 9.00pm
  • Saturday 18 May, 9.00am - 9.00pm  
  • Saturday 25 May, 9.00am - 9.00pm
  • Saturday 1 June, 9.00am - 9.00pm

To register for these dates please raise a JIRA to Facilities Management with your name, student ID, year, course and the date(s) that you wish to have access until 9.00pm. You can raise one JIRA for multiple dates.

Unfortunately, we can only offer this facility to 150 students per date, and priority will be given to students with imminent deadlines. If this capacity has been reached, then any further visitors will be asked to leave, followed by third year students who belong to courses where their deadlines aren't imminent.
If you have not registered with Front of House, are not a third-year student or are a member of staff, then you will be asked to vacate the building at normal closing hours of 6.00pm.


Please also be aware that the Ravensbourne campus will be closed on the following dates:

  • Friday 19 April (Good Friday)
  • Saturday 20 April
  • Sunday 21 April
  • Monday 22 April (Easter Monday)
  • Monday 6 May (Early May Bank Holiday)
  • Monday 27 May (Spring Bank Holiday)
