Team Welcome

We have a dedicated team of people in Student Support Services to help you with a range of issues you may have whilst you are at Ravensbourne.

The Team are as follows:

Student Services Manager and Student Services Officer

Will be your main contacst for many aspects of student support – for example, counselling, personal / course difficulties, support for students with disabilities, mentoring for success, access to Learner Support and so on.

Counsellors

The counselling service operates three days per week during term term. For more information please see the *Student Counselling* page.

Student Finance and Bursary Adviser

The person to see for any financial questions that you may have – for example, Access to Learning Fund, Grants, Bursaries, Banking or general advice on money management. For more information please see the *Money Matters* section and follow the links to the appropriate pages you required.

Dyslexia Tutors

HE Students who are entitled to support through the Disabled Students Allowance will be referred to our team of Dyslexic tutors for support with all written and practical assignments.

Learning Support

Student Services also co-ordinate Learning Support and Development activities. This includes English Language Classes and Support and general study skills support. The latest 'Support for Learning' brochure is now available.
