The Transition Team

Rachel Green

I’m Director of Resources at Ravensbourne and am the Chair of the Transition Group.  I’m responsible for the co-ordination and delivery of the relocation project from the College perspective.  Working with our external project team, colleagues and students we aim to deliver an exciting new environment for Ravensbourne.  I’m also responsible for Facilities, Health and Safety, Broadcast Maintenance and Central Loan Resource teams.

Jill Hogan

I'm Head of Marketing and Communications.  My team's remit covers recruitment marketing, brand management, online publishing, media and public relations, widening participation (Diversity team) and reception.  I’m also responsible for internal communications and making sure colleagues and students at Ravensbourne are informed about our transformation.

Miles Metcalfe

I'm the head of IT R&D here at Ravensbourne. I'm responsible for the College's IT strategy, and I'm working on the technical resources for the new building, which I'm determined to make the best in the sector. I'm also involved in a couple of JISC-funded elearning projects, and internal transition projects.

Doreen de Bellotte

I’m the Director of Human Resources. My team’s remit covers a wide ranges of activities including recruitment, training and development, progression of equality and diversity issues, the development of the College’s Human Resources Strategy and objectives arising out of that, and statistical reporting.

Janthia Taylor

I’m Deputy Director – Strategic Development, Innovation & Postgraduate Studies. My areas of responsibility are corporate strategy, learning and teaching, postgraduate development and enterprise and innovation. I’m particularly involved in reviewing how we should respond to the changing needs and behaviours of our learners by introducing new approaches to curriculum delivery.

Rachel Pardoe

I'm the Relocation Administrator. I work with the Transition Team to
undertake all relocation project related tasks. I support the Relocation
Transition Team with the User Groups, Relocation Staff Survey, Space
Utilisation Survey and the Branding Review and other related projects.
