Student Services is available to all future, present and past students. Our aim is to provide an impartial and confidential service to support the student journey, both academically and pastorally.

We take a holistic view in identifying each individual’s needs and provide skilled and knowledgeable support that enables users to achieve their maximum personal and professional potential. And, we encourage full participation in our services by providing a range of innovative events and initiatives with our community partners.

Out of hours service

If you are distressed and need to talk to someone, we have the following out of hours support contacts available to you:

Nightline for confidential listening and practical information (term time only), call: 0207 631 0101.

The Samaritans  for support at anytime, night or day, free helpline call: 116123.

Feeling unwell? 

Contact: The NHS for your local A&E department or Hospital Walk in Centre, call the Helpline on 111. 

Your GP surgery for details of their out of hours service cover .

For all other emergencies, call 999.
