Please be aware that on-line Training and Development request forms are

now live in Jira and paper based forms will no longer be accepted. The

next time you wish to apply for a course you will need to apply though

the Jira route. A how to guide can be found opposite.

Please note, this does not affect the application forms for Academic or

Professional Qualifications (PGCE, MA's etc), these will remain paper

based for the time being.
